a little help, on earth.
most things do not need a chart. start here.
odd hours is in development. there is no public App Store release or support inbox yet. private testers should use the contact supplied with their invitation.
a purchase is missing
open Settings in odd hours and choose restore purchases. use the same Apple account that made the purchase. an internet connection is needed to refresh the server-verified entitlement.
manage or cancel a subscription
open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then subscriptions. choose odd hours to view the plan or cancel. deleting the app does not cancel billing. Apple’s subscription instructions ↗
the birth time is uncertain
choose “i don’t know” during onboarding. the chart will use a noon reference and hide calculations that need an exact time. a guessed ascendant would not be a favour.
a place or time looks wrong
check the city, historical time zone, and UTC confirmation on your birth details. a repeated or skipped local time can require a choice. report the calculation type and app version to your test contact. do not include private birth details in public issues.
a reading is unavailable
check your connection and try again. previously saved readings can remain available offline. the app should explain when a reading is a local fallback.
you need urgent support
odd hours is not an emergency service. if you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person nearby. safety questions do not wait for a planetary hour.
